How to tell us something went wrong, and what happens next.
1. Tell us first
We want to fix problems quickly. Email hello@swffty.com with your name, your business name and what went wrong.
- Trading name
- SWFFTY
- hello@swffty.com
- Website
- swffty.com
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
- We aim to resolve it within 15 business days. If it will take longer, we tell you why and when you can expect an answer.
- We tell you what we found and what we will do. If we got it wrong, we fix it or put it right.
Reps can use the same address for a payout or commission query. Say which week and which deal you mean, and we will check it and reply.
3. If you are not happy with our answer
You may take your complaint further. Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 you can approach:
- your provincial consumer protection office;
- the National Consumer Commission (thencc.org.za);
- the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (cgso.org.za).
You may also go to a court with jurisdiction. These steps do not take away any right you have by law.
4. Privacy complaints
If your complaint is about how we handle your personal information, you can also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za, complaints.IR@justice.gov.za. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.
5. Customers outside South Africa
If you are in Thailand or elsewhere, tell us the same way. The consumer law of your country may give you further rights, and we do not take those away.
