Rep Programme Terms

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and SWFFTY, the business that runs swffty.com ("SWFFTY", "we"). You accept them when you tick the box the first time you sign in to the rep portal, and they apply from then on.

2. You work for yourself

• You are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, partner or agent of SWFFTY, and you cannot sign anything for us.
• You choose when, where and how much you work. There are no minimum hours or shifts. You use your own phone, laptop, data and airtime.
• There is no salary. You are paid commission only, as set out below. We do not promise you any number of leads or any level of earnings.
• You may work for other businesses at the same time, as long as you do not sell competing website services to the leads we assign to you.
• You must be 18 or older and allowed to work in the country where you live.
• You may not promise prices, discounts, refunds or results, or take payment for us. Clients sign up and pay only through SWFFTY's own approval and payment links.

3. Region and currency

Every rep has a region, set from your application and confirmed when we approve you: South Africa (ZAR), Thailand (THB) or Global (USD). You see amounts only in your own currency. Amounts below are for each region.

4. Leads

• We assign leads to you in the rep portal. You see only your own leads, never another rep's. Leads stay SWFFTY's leads, and we may reassign one, for example if a client asks or you stop being a rep.
• Some leads asked us for a demo. Others are businesses we found in public Google listings, which our assistant may already have spoken to. Tell people who you are and that you are calling for SWFFTY.
• Call only in the hours the law allows: weekdays from 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00 in the lead's time, never on Sundays or public holidays.
• If a person says they do not want to be contacted, stop at once and record it in the portal. Do not contact them again.
• Be honest. Use only the plans and prices on swffty.com. Never promise a Google ranking, and never pretend to be anyone else.

5. Commission

• You earn commission once for each client and plan you are assigned: R250, 500 THB or 15 USD for a rent plan, and R500, 1,000 THB or 30 USD for a buy plan, as in the table above.
• It is earned only when the client's payment has cleared into SWFFTY's account. An approval, a quote, a promise to pay or an unpaid invoice does not count.
• The rep a client is assigned to when the order is created earns the commission. Our records decide.
• Later monthly payments, renewals, hosting and domain fees do not earn commission.
• If we change amounts for future sales we tell you in the portal and by email first. A change never reduces commission you have already earned.

6. Weekly bonus

• A week runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, South African time (UTC+2), for every region.
• A deal counts in the week its payment cleared, not the week it was agreed. A rent plan counts as one deal. A buy plan counts as two deals toward the bonus (its commission is paid once).
• With 5 to 9 deals in a week you earn the lower bonus in the table. With 10 or more you earn the higher bonus instead. The tiers replace each other: 10 deals pays the higher bonus only, not both. The most you can earn in bonus in one week is the higher amount.
• You can see your progress for the current week in the rep portal.

7. Refunds and corrections

Prepayment is final, and refunds are given only where the law requires one, or a payment is reversed by the payment provider. If a payment you earned commission or bonus on is refunded or reversed, that deal stops counting. We do not edit past records: we add a correction that you can see, and take it off your next payout. If you have stopped being a rep and a correction leaves a balance, we send you a statement of it.

8. How and when you are paid

• We pay once a week, per region. South Africa is paid from our South African bank account into a South African bank account in your name. Thailand is paid from our Thai bank account into a Thai bank account in your name. Global is paid through Wise.
• Each payout is in your own currency. Payouts for different regions or currencies are never mixed.
• Payouts are manual bank or Wise transfers that we review first. There are no automatic transfers. We may hold a payout while a payment, refund or dispute is being checked.
• With each payout you can see which deals, commission, bonus and corrections it contains. If you think a payout is wrong, tell us at hello@swffty.com and we will check it and reply.

9. Tax

You are responsible for your own income tax and any registration your country requires. We do not deduct employee tax from your payouts unless the law requires us to; if it does, we tell you. If you are registered for VAT or its local equivalent, send us a tax invoice for your payout.

10. Client information

In the portal you see personal information about businesses and the people who run them. You handle it only for SWFFTY, to sell SWFFTY's service, and you are bound by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and, where you live outside South Africa, the privacy law that applies to you. You must:

• not copy, download, screenshot, export or share lead information outside the portal and your calls and messages with that lead;
• not use it for anything else, including selling to leads for yourself or for another business;
• keep your phone and laptop locked, and the email account you sign in with secure;
• delete lead details from your phone, contacts, notes and chats within 7 days after a lead is reassigned or you stop being a rep;
• tell us at hello@swffty.com as soon as you can, and within 24 hours, if you lose a device or think someone saw client information they should not have.

Leads, prices that are not yet public, scripts, call recordings and how our systems work are confidential. Keep them confidential while you are a rep and for 2 years after. Personal information stays confidential for good.

11. The leaderboard and your information

• The portal shows a leaderboard of this week's deals to signed-in reps only. It shows each active rep's first name, last initial and deal count. It never shows earnings, contact details or another rep's leads. It is never public.
• We record your assignments, the notes and follow-ups you log, deals, commission, bonus, corrections and payouts. We use them to pay you, check these rules, handle disputes and meet tax law.
• We keep payment records for as long as the tax law requires, which is five years, and other rep records only as long as we need them. Sign-in is by a code sent to your email; there are no passwords.
• Our Privacy Policy explains your rights, including access, correction and deletion.

12. Ending these terms

• You can stop at any time by emailing hello@swffty.com.
• We can end these terms by email with 7 days' notice, or at once if you break sections 4 or 10, act dishonestly or harass anyone.
• When they end, we stop assigning leads and your portal access ends. Commission and bonus on payments that cleared before the end are still paid in the normal weekly payout, less any corrections.

13. General

These terms are the whole agreement about the rep programme. South African law applies, and any rights you have under the law of the country where you live that cannot be removed also still apply. If we disagree, we first try to settle it by talking, as set out on our complaints page. Notices to us go to hello@swffty.com, and notices to you go to the email you sign in with.
