Terms and Conditions

Last updated 2026-10-14

The terms for our free demo and for the websites we build.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Justin de Klerk, a sole proprietor trading as SWFFTY ("SWFFTY", "we"). Contact: hello@swffty.com. Our physical address is available on request from hello@swffty.com.

SWFFTY is not registered for VAT, so the prices shown on the website have no VAT added and are final. We give you this information as required by section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

2. The free demo

The demo is free and there is no obligation. We build it from your Google listing and the details you give us, and send you a link. You pay only if you decide to keep your website.

3. Prices

Prices are the prices shown on the website for your region, in the currency shown. Hosting, if you choose it separately, is priced the same way.

4. The rent plan

You pay a monthly fee with no setup fee. Hosting, security and minor updates are included. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. SWFFTY owns the website while it is rented, and you may use it for your business for as long as you rent it.

5. The buy plan

You make one payment and you own the website. Hosting is optional: you can use your own, or host with us at the monthly price shown on the website.

6. Your content and photos

You give us the text, logos and photos you want on your website and confirm you may use them. Where we use photos from your Google listing, we credit the source.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use your website or our systems for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to infringe other people's rights. We may suspend a website that breaks this rule.

8. Liability

As far as the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 allows, SWFFTY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of business or profit.

9. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.

11. Contact and complaints

Questions or complaints: hello@swffty.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. How we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
